This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and procedure for returning or exchanging products purchased through our website.

1. Overview & Return Window

Applicable Region: Pakistan nationwide.
Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
Accepted Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 7 days.
Product Condition: Returned products must be in New / Unused condition with original packaging and seals intact.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges for different products or sizes within 7 days.

2. Eligible Returns

You can request a return or exchange under the following circumstances within the 7-day return window:

Defective or Damaged Products: If the product was damaged during transit, leaked, or has a manufacturing defect.
Incorrect Items: If the product received does not match the item ordered.
Non-Defective / Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong size or no longer require the product, provided it is in brand-new, unopened, and unused condition in its original packaging.

3. Return Method & Locations

Returns are handled via Drop-off Location:

In-Store Drop-off: You can return items directly to our physical outlet:
Shop #15, Shaheed-e-Millat Market, Gulistan Colony #02, Main Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.
Courier Drop-off: For customers outside Faisalabad, you may drop off the package at any authorized courier service (TCS, Leopard, Trax, etc.) addressed to our facility after coordinating with our support team on WhatsApp.

4. Restocking Fees & Return Costs

Restocking Fee: No cost (0 PKR). We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees on returns.
Defective / Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product, Construction Solutions Hub will cover the replacement or return shipping charges.
Non-Defective / Customer Exchanges: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for courier return delivery to our drop-off location.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp at 0300 8661670 or email at info@constructionsolutionshub.com.pk.
Provide your order details and photos of the product and its packaging.
Our representative will approve the return request and provide drop-off instructions within 24 hours.
Drop off or dispatch the item to our designated location.

6. Refund Processing Time & Method

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3 business days once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct bank transfer).
Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch with a 100% immediate refund within 24–48 hours.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted under the following conditions:

Products reported after the 7-day window from delivery.
Products that have been opened, mixed, applied, or partially consumed.
Products damaged due to improper on-site storage or weather exposure after delivery.
