Overview
SikaSeal®-105 is a two-component, cement-based, polymer-modified waterproofing slurry. It combines crystallization action and pore-blocking technology to create a durable, impermeable barrier against water. Effective against both positive and negative water pressure, it can be applied by brush, trowel or spray.
Applications
Water tanks, sewage tanks, basements, lift pits, retaining walls, bridge structures, balconies, bathrooms and kitchens.
